Here are the costs to consider:
There is no charge to use the NAVOO Control Panel. You will be able to create your properties (resorts, hotels, B&Bs, apartments, or vacation homes), enter the information to be given to guests, and set up features. You will be able to set everything up right away, or even make changes a little at a time.
When you want to activate the Digital Guide and Alexa Smart Properties, you can take out a flexible monthly subscription that can be activated and deactivated at any time.
DIGITAL GUIDE
The cost of the subscription varies according to the type of facility and the number of rooms:
Accommodations
4,99 €*
per month per accommodation
An accommodation is a facility that cannot be divided among guests with different reservations, such as a vacation home or apartment.
From 2 to 10 rooms
2,99 €*
per month per room
For facilities such as hotels, B&Bs, and residences where rooms or apartments may be assigned to guests with different reservations.
11 rooms and up
2,49 €*
per month per room
For facilities such as hotels, and resorts, where rooms other types of units may be assigned to guests with different reservations.
*All prices are exclusive of VAT.
VAT will be applied automatically at the time of payment, depending on customer type and billing address.
quick and easy creation
ALEXA SMART PROPERTIES
Each Echo device, in order to be used by guests and staff with Alexa Smart Properties features, requires the activation of a monthly subscription.
If you turn off the auto-renewal of a subscription, the Echo device it was associated with reverts back to a device that allows you to interact with Alexa as at home, without access to Alexa Smart Properties features.
The cost is as follows:

Payment can be made by credit or debit card, or SEPA transfer, and is handled through Stripe, one of the most secure and reliable systems in the world.
With each transaction made you will automatically receive an invoice, either electronic or in pdf via e-mail.
You pay only when you need to
Each payment covers one month’s subscription. Before the automatic renewal, you will receive an e-mail reminder so you can decide whether to continue or deactivate it.
Subscriptions can be activated and deactivated at any time!
For example, if you run a seasonal facility, such as a beach hotel, you will only be able to pay for the months you are open. The Control Panel will always remain accessible, with all your data, settings and content ready for when you want to re-activate your subscription.
Echo Devices (only for Alexa)
To allow guests and staff to communicate with the voice assistant, Echo devices must be installed in the rooms.
You can purchase them from the Amazon website, from NAVOO or from other retailers.
Additional services
NAVOO can provide additional services such as the creation of dedicated content, its inclusion in the Control Panel, integrations with other software, and even the supply and installation of Echo devices in rooms. These services need to be evaluated and quoted with a dedicated quote.

You will be able to activate and manage all the services offered by NAVOO’s products independently.
The Web Control Panel will guide you through all the steps from setting up Echo devices (for Alexa Smart Properties) and printing QR codes (for Digital Guide), through content creation, setting up features, and purchasing monthly subscriptions.
