NAVOO was founded in 2013 as a consulting agency to deal with website development and e-commerce.

Since the arrival of Alexa in Italy in 2018, we have started to create “skills for Alexa.” A skill for Alexa is a bit like a smartphone app.
We have created skills for Amazon and international brands.

However, we wanted to transform from consulting for others to just creating our own products.

Thus, the focus has been on creating skills of our own, which have been successful and have a very large user base.

The second opportunity to become a product company came in 2022, when we were certified by Amazon as a Qualified Solution Provider to provide Alexa Smart Properties for the Hospitality and Senior Living sectors.

In order to provide a suitable response to the needs of the non-hotel sector, in 2024 we created the version of Alexa Smart Properties that allows anyone, without our support, to activate, configure, and install Alexa in their facility.

In 2025 a new product sees the light of day: the Digital Guide!

Using the same Control Panel, users of our products can then provide their guests and staff with information, entertainment, and services on both Alexa and smartphones.

We are proud of the path we have taken so far and the track we want to continue on.
